I just received my repaired hearing aid after mailing it to you just two days ago. I mailed it on Tuesday afternoon and got it back first thing Thursday morning. It works great. I have received my repaired Siemens hearing aid as promised. The aid has not been working for about three years. It is now like brand new. Every Audiologist that I have consulted told me that the hearing aid could not be repaired, especially mine made in 1997! I just did not feel comfortable $4 to $5 thousand Dollars in new hearing aids, found you on the internet and decided to take a chance. Best decision I have made in some time. I can not express to you my pleasure in your service on my hearing aid. It was returned in perfect working order in seven calendar days including the weekend. The hearing aid belonged to my father and must be at least 25 years old. It worked better than my, two, 4 year old hearing aids that cost me a considerable amount of money. Many thanks for the fast professional service. Oticon in New Jersey said they no longer had parts for my BTE hearing aid and returned it to me not repaired and with no further recommendation for repair. I could see spending $1500 to $2000 for a new hearing aid. But, then I found your web site (which is also outstanding) and in a few days I had my aid back as good as new. Vielen dank! I am amazingly surprised at the new quality in the sound. The sound used to be like coming from a tin can over your ear. Now the sound is totally normal and has depth to it. I even had to re-arrange the treble and bass in the new television. Within a few weeks I will be sending you the other hearing aid for repair also. I AM TOTALLY 100% SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR. The hearing aid you restored for me back in January works as it did 15 years ago when originally purchased. Needless to say, I was most impressed with what you where able to do with that hearing aid and that it works to this day. How quickly you worked on it and got it back to me within 72 hours of my dropping it off at the post office.
