We will repair your hearing aid, replace all defective parts, clean and test all components, remount and seal the microphone and receiver. The hearing aid is tested and returned to you with a 1 year warranty. Our warranty covers your hearing aid against all failure. There is no charge for either parts or labor if your hearing aid should need repair during the warranty period. Physical damage to your hearing aid is not covered under warranty.

Currently we are working through a backlog of repairs.  It is taking between two and three weeks to repair and return you aid.  Our goal is to have your aid back to you no more than one week after we receive it.  This site will be updated as we progress toward that goal.  Unfortunately, we are also unable to offer same day service at this time.  If you would like expedited service we can make repairs within one week for a fee of $20.

Our Charge is $162.00 for each aid, for a complete overhaul with a 1 year warranty, which includes return shipping. We have just one charge for all repairs. That includes the standard analog, the new programmable and digital hearing aids, and... there is no age limit. There is an additional charge for case repair or replacement.  Please call for more information.  We can be reached between 9:00a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time.

Send your hearing aid in a small box,  no envelopes please. Wrap it in tissue or other shipping material. Print out our "ORDER FORM"  fill it out.  Include it with your hearing aid to be repaired.  Or, you can write us a small note describing the problem, be sure to include your phone number and return address along with your check or money order. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. If you do not have a small box you can pick one up at the post office. Get the smallest "Priority Mail"  box,  it is free!   You just add our address and the postage. Send All Orders To:
