We will repair your hearing aid, replace all defective parts, clean and test all components, remount and seal the microphone and receiver. The hearing aid is tested and returned to you with a 1 year warranty. Our warranty covers your hearing aid against all failure. There is no charge for either parts or labor if your hearing aid should need repair during the warranty period. Hearing aids crushed or chewed by your pet are not covered by our warranty. But, may be repairable.

Your hearing aid is normally repaired and returned in 3 or 4 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. We will return your repaired hearing aid by  US "Priority Mail".  "Same day service" and or return by "next day air"  are available by request, see our order form for charges. So, it is possible for you to send your hearing aid off,  from anywhere in this country, say on a Monday afternoon and have it back on Wednesday afternoon!!!

Our Charge is $162.00 for each aid, for a complete overhaul with a 1 year warranty, which includes return shipping. We have just one charge for all repairs. That includes the standard analog, the new programmable and digital hearing aids, and... there is no age limit.  If your hearing aid  needs recasing or case repaired call us for additional charges, or if you don't quite understand something call us, our phone hours are 10-12 Noon, 2-4 Pm Pacific Time or just click on this e-mail address info@lillielectronics.com , we are here to help you.

Send your hearing aid in a small box,  no envelopes please. Wrap it in tissue or other shipping material. Print out our "ORDER FORM"  fill it out.  Include it with your hearing aid to be repaired.  Or, you can write us a small note describing the problem, be sure to include your phone number and return address along with your check or money order. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. If you do not have a small box you can pick one up at the post office. Get the smallest "Priority Mail"  box,  it is free!   You just add our address and the postage.  Be sure to address all "US Mail" except "Express Mail",  to our PO Box.  All other carriers and over night shipments to our street address.
